Privacy Policy

Here at RingADingDing!, your privacy is not just important it is imperitive. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other party. Also, the way that PayPal works is that I never see your credit card information, only that a payment has been made, so you can feel comfortable and secure in any transaction. The information I collect from you is used solely for billing, shipping, and/or communication purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Orders go out within 2-3 business days-if you decide to cancel your order and your items have not yet been shipped then there is no cost to you and your payment will be refunded. If your items have been shipped already then it will be considered a return-please see Return Policy below.

Return Policy

If you would like to return your items, please be sure they are in the same condition as they have been shipped and your payment will be refunded. Once items are changed, used, or opened they are non-returnable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the order back.

If there is any defect in something mechanical, (such as the binder ring holding together the Activity Deck), then please email me and I would like to help you solve the issue and/or do a replacement. I strive to use the best quality elements but sometimes things happen! You may also use the contact form on the CONTACT ME page.
